Deletion is permanent. Your original login, personal profile, chats and visit-photo records will be removed. Limited transaction and package records remain under a deletion reference with your personal profile removed. Appointments and purchases are not cancelled, forfeited or refunded automatically. Contact the salon first if you need help with unused credit or package sessions.
