Please include your booking reference, app version and a description of the issue. Avoid sending passwords, verification codes or full banking details.

Signing in

Use the same email and password as the Nailnicorn website. If you forgot your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen and use the link in your email. You can finish the reset in your browser and then sign in to the app.

Payments and receipts

Open the PayNow QR and scan or import it into your banking app. Check the payee and amount before transferring. Upload your receipt for the salon to review. Showing a QR or sending a receipt does not automatically mark a payment as received.

Account and privacy

Open You to edit your profile or password. Use You → Delete my account to delete your account, or the website deletion page. Read our privacy policy.
